Ferrari of Denver

Parts & Service

Our Factory Authorized Service & Parts departments have grown to the point that we have well-trained and dedicated folks:
Jeff, John, Randy, Mark & Bob support our technicians and service clientele.

We service Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley and Lotus automobiles of all vintage. We service & maintain cars under warranty, from cars in full restoration, to all routine services, diagnosis and factory scheduled maintenance.

We are proud of our deep base of brand-specific expertise. Ferrari of Denver's factory trained technicians have unparalleled knowledge, talent, competence and experience; and they share in the benefit of ongoing investments made for all the most recent and most current factory technologies, equipment and tools.
Each technician has visited franchise training facilities in Italy or GB over the past 24 months, gaining extensive schooling in both current and past models.
As it pertains to the Prancing Horse, the best 'must-read' essay regarding current Ferrari technology and continuing education for Ferrari technicians was in the June 2007 Road & Track; entitled 'Men in Red' .

This is what we do all day, every day, creating a huge experience-based core of knowledge. We see all the cars as they age; we know the quirks and the fixes; no need to 'experiment' with your repair dollars. And with the factory franchises, we get all the bulletins & updates & upgrades, plus new tools, new computers, product enhancements, and all the ongoing factory communication that no outsider will ever even see.

Plain and simple... No one can match Ferrari of Denver for talent, efficiency, knowledge, experience or factory assistance. That's why our service department boasts an astounding 95% repeat clientele ratio year after year.

Think about this when searching for a fix for your $5,000-500,000 treasure.... be it a Porsche, a Mercedes or a Ferrari.
No independent repair facility can honestly claim to be current in factory-guided training and schools; instead using your car for on-the-job-training & experiments. No independent can provide factory-backed nationwide warranty on the OEM parts they install, and most won't be there when things go wrong. No matter the brand, owners have discovered the quality and expertise they need at their local franchised facility.
Actually, independents are good for our service business, so this shouldn't be critical, right?
Unfinished repairs and improperly done projects are a surprisingly large portion of our ongoing day to day assignments.

As a Factory Authorized servicing facility for Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley & Lotus, we boast an ongoing investment in current product training, plus factory updated information/knowledge/experience on the cars, new to old, plus ALL the latest in tools, technologies and computer hardware (also constantly updated with data links from a world-wide gathering of knowledge and experience on all models from all years).

And when you go to market your car, franchised service documents have credence & legitimacy leaving no doubt in your buyer's minds; usually worth thousands at sale time (so valuable, there's even a black market for forged service stamps & records... right here in Denver).

Admittedly, independents and online auctions are good for our service business. All too often, partially disassembled and partially assembled Ferrari automobiles appear at our door. You have choices... why choose anything less than factory-trained factory-guaranteed service.

E-mail Bob McKanna

Our dealership and customers are fortunate to have Bob’s 40+ years of experience working for them. Starting as a talented model builder who moved into motorized slot cars, in 1966 Bob’s professional automotive career started when he became an apprentice/helper at a Rolls-Royce dealership in Evanston, Illinois. In this Old World way, he served a five-year tutelage under a British journeyman Rolls technician who taught (and demanded) patience, attention to the smallest details and a deep appreciation for finely engineered automobiles. These principles of providing the best possible service for the customer and his motor car have stayed with Bob as he progressed from being a certified technician himself and later as a parts specialist and service advisor for Rolls-Royce and Bentley autos and their owners.
Bob’s dedication to those responsibilities have benefited our company for many decades now and has kept many loyal clients coming back with subsequent purchases from our sales department. Although our clientele represent many varied personalities and outlooks, all appreciate Bob’s honest, direct way of advising them on their cars’ repairs and progress while under our shop’s care. Bob has helped assemble a similarly deeply committed staff of technicians who will provide you and your special motor car with the most professional service support possible.
